Functional Strength Training & Mobility
For the most personalized service, we start all new client experiences with a 90 minute comprehensive consultation. During this session, we discuss your lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and goals. In addition, we will collaboratively go through a variety of exercises to better understand your mobility, flexibility, and strength. With this information, we develop a hands-on personalized plan. We then meet 1-3 times per week at your home or a local studio in Half Moon Bay, Pacifica, or San Mateo.
Duo Sessions

Oriented for couples or close friends, we always start with a 90 minute comprehensive consultation. During this session, we discuss both of your lifestyles, nutrition, fitness and goals. In addition, we will collaboratively go through a variety of exercises to better understand your individual mobility, flexibility, and strength. With this information, we develop a hands-on personalized plan that works for both of you. We then meet 1-3 times per week at your home or a local studio in Half Moon Bay, Pacifica, or San Mateo.
